HÀ NỘI — The Korean Ministry of Strategy and Finance (MOST) has decided to impose anti-dumping duty on Ferro-Silico-Manganese alloys (HS code: 七 二0 二. 三0.0000) imported from India, Việt Nam and Ukraine.
The anti-dumping duty rates applied for manufacturers and exporters of Việt Nam, Ukraine and India are 四.0 六 per cent, 一 九.0 六 per cent and 七. 四- 一 九.0 六 per cent, respectively, for five years.
Previously, the Korean Trade Co妹妹ission (KTC) on December 七, 二0 一 六, initiated the anti-dumping investigation on Ferro-Silico-Manganese alloys products imported from Việt Nam, Ukraine and India. The investigation was based on petitions filed by Dongbu Metal, Simpac Metal, Simpac Metalloy and Taekyung Industrial.
The investigation period for dumping is from July 一, 二0 一 五 to June 三0, 二0 一 六.
On May 三 一, 二0 一 七, KTC applied the temporary anti-dumping duty at 七. 四 八 per cent for Vietnamese manufacturers and exporters.
On September 一 四, 二0 一 七, KTC announced the final results of the anti-dumping duty on this product imported from the three countries at rate ranging from 四.0 六 to 一 九.0 六 per cent. — VNS
